A moment later, MAGNUM FORCE finished second in the Listed Roses Stakes at York, UK on his first attempt at the highest level, and only third start, with MEHMAS’ SIR YOSHI finishing third in the same race. Both aged two, the first named was bred by Sheikh Abdulla Bin Isa Al-Khalifa while SIR YOSHI was bred by Tally-Ho Stud.
