HUMAM delivered a remarkable performance at Lingfield, coming from last to first to secure victory in a valuable Novice Stakes over 7f. Ridden confidently by Jason Watson, the 3-year-old son of Kodiac surged through the field in the final furlong, taking the lead in the closing strides and winning by 1½ lengths. Trained by Andrew Balding for Al Shaqab Racing & Partner, HUMAM demonstrated both class and determination on his return to the track after a 70-day break. Bred by Peter and Hugh McCutcheon, he is out of Her Honour, a Shamardal mare.
