Our Haras de Bouquetot first season sire registered his latest first crop winner this Wednesday courtesy of HOLY WOODED scoring on debut at La Teste, France. Out of the Holy Bull mare Holy Black, HOLY WOODED is trained by Didier Guillemin, who purchased her as a yearling for owner Haras du Grand Courgeon. Under the guidance of rider Alexandre Gavilan, the striking dark bay filly went wire to wire to break her maiden at first asking over the 1600m of the Prix Andre Boingneres. Congratulations to her connections!
WOODED becomes the second leading first crop sire by earnings in France, behind Hello Youmzain only, with five individual first crop winners to date.
