ROMANISED continues to assert his presence among first-season sires as SAMWEST became his 18th individual winner, taking the Prix de la Goursaule (1900m, PSF) at Chantilly. Trained by Fabrice Chappet and ridden by Cristian Demuro, the three-year-old races in the colours of his breeder Haras de Treli. SAMWEST is out of Andastra, a daughter of Kamsin.

A Classic-winning miler, ROMANISED claimed both the Irish 2000 Guineas and the Prix Jacques le Marois before retiring to stud, currently standing his fifth breeding season at Haras de Bouquetot. Congratulations to all connections!
