MAKE YOUR SMILE extended his unbeaten record, showcasing his full potential in only his second outing by capturing the G3 Horris Hill Stakes on October, 26 at Newbury, GB. Bred by Airlie Stud and Mrs. S. Rogers, he displayed tenacity and seized victory in a thrilling final surge.
Just moments later, MEHMAS celebrated a 1-2 finish in the Listed Doncaster Stakes at Doncaster, GB, with two-year-olds LA BELLOTA and DIEGO VENTURA clinching first and second place. LA BELLOTA, a Group-placed runner for Tally-Ho Stud, secured his blacktype status by a nose over DIEGO VENTURA, a Sean Ronan and Caroline Hanly-bred colt who has now achieved two Stakes performances in just four starts.
MEHMAS continued his winning streak with his two-year-olds from his headquarters at Tally-Ho Stud, VIKING INVASION breaking his maiden on October, 21 at Gowran Park, Ireland, for Yeomanstown Lodge Stud, while WEST ACRE claimed a second win in three starts on October, 24 at Southwell, GB, for Tally-Ho Stud. That same day, three-year-old MUSICAL TOUCH made a victorious comeback for Dermot Cognan at Wolverhampton, GB.
Our Haras de Bouquetot-based stallion OLYMPIC GLORY,also recorded a new Group performance with DANCING IN PARIS, finishing third in the G3 As the Sharp Novices' Hurdle on October, 25 in an convincing hurdle debut at Cheltenham. In Australia, YOUNG HENRY increased his win count with a success at Gladstone on October,26.
AL WUKAIR celebrated a double win in France on October, 26, highlighted by the victory of two-year-old THE BLACK SKY at Bordeaux-Le Bouscat, France. Bred by D. Bouquil, F. Guy and Madame J.
