Our Haras de Bouquetot-based sire ROMANISED continues to make an early impact with his first two crops of runners. Three-year-old ROMANTIC SPIRIT made a successful seasonal return on March, 31st at Wolverhampton, UK for breeders Haras de la Mercerie and F. & P. Gariboldi. Meanwhile, smart two-year-old THE BEST GLORY, bred by R. NG, became the first winner from ROMANISED’s second generation, scoring by an impressive 2.5 lengths on debut at Tarbes, France on April, 6.

ZELZAL added another Stakes success to his tally on April, 3. Six-year-old GURZUF, a multiple Listed performer bred by V. Tymoshenko, landed the Listed Prix Jean Granel over the jumps at Auteuil. Just moments later, DARK ZEL followed up with a strong performance at Deauville, claiming a 1,600-meter handicap for owners NA. Al-Mesned and At Al-Mehshadi.

Resident sire WOODED closed out March on a high, thanks to the victory of three-year-old TIGER at Lyon-La Soie. Bred by Haras de la Mercerie and running in our silks, TIGER shed his maiden tag on his second career start over 1,800 meters.

Across the Channel, our Tally-Ho Stud-based sire MEHMAS enjoyed a standout moment on Dubai World Cup night. His daughter BELIEVING, bred by M. Mullen and Cloneymore Farm, delivered a brilliant performance to land the Group 1 Al Quoz Sprint, showcasing a devastating turn of foot to secure her first top-level win.

MEHMAS also continued his dominance with a string of three-year-old winners. Haras de la Perelle-bred POSCHIAVO earned a second career win at Saint-Cloud, France on March, 25. Homebred SELENIEN picked up his third victory over 1,400 meters at Chantilly, France under the ride of Cristian Demuro and the training of Didier Guillemin.

In the UK, Tally-Ho Stud-bred HASHTAGNOTIONS returned to winning ways at Newcastle on March, 29, while WAR HAWK kicked off April with a victory at Lingfield. The winning run extended into Italy, where BILLY THE DEEP claimed a 1,200-meter handicap at Roma on April, 4. A productive April, 6 brought a double: SARATOGA SPECIAL, bred by David Byrne and Pierce Molony, captured a maiden at Cork, Ireland, and Group-placed DHITJARI made a successful seasonal return at Mülheim, Germany.

Finally, four-year-old RISING FORCE gave breeders Abbas Akbar Al Muila Muila a fourth career victory, landing a handicap at Yarmouth, UK on April, 5.

Congratulations to all winning connections!
