Our Haras de Bouquetot-based sire WOODED celebrated his third individual winner, becoming co-leader among first-season sires in France for both victories and winners. Just a week after the impressive victory of his daughter SARDAIGNE, it was SLAVA OUKRAINI who took center stage by breaking her maiden in the Prix Palomelle on June 22 at Compiègne, France, for breeders X. Moyer, P. Jousset, and Mrs. Ludivine Marchand-Morin.
Tally-Ho Stud resident MEHMAS continued his successful serie with his two-year-old winners. Tally-Ho Stud-bred BACOR broke his maiden by 2 and a half lengths on June 19 at Ripon, UK on his third start, with Clara Stud-bred EIGHTEEN FOURTEEN winning similarly on his third start on June 22 at Redcar, UK. Later on the same racecourse, MUKER claimed his sixth career win in a handicap race for breeders Joe and June Staunton.
Additionally, there was a double celebration of winners on June 18 in the UK: three-year-old WRESTLING REVENUE posted a second career-win at Brighton for breeder Tally-Ho Stud, and MAKALU collected his sixth career success and third of the season at Beverley for breeder Kevin Fox.
Our Haras de Bouquetot-based sire AL WUKAIR was also represented in the winners’ enclosure by WUKHANN, who claimed his fourth victory on June 20 at ParisLongchamp, France for breeders Fabrice Vermeulen and Mrs. L. Louis.
Congratulations to all winning connections!
